A good friend of mine is a family therapist and she had this video posted on her Facebook profile this morning. Although I can honestly say I don’t do any of the things shown in this video, it did make me consider my computer usage. How many times have my kids come up to ask me to play with them/get a snack/watch a movie, etc and I’ve shooed them away with a “Mommy’s working” comment. And then I look at my daughter on the computer and I think, well, where does she get it from?
So true, so true. Children REALLY ARE a reflection of you and it’s unfortunate that so many people don’t see that.
